There you have it. I have eased my way back into a work routine. Morning smoothies, getting in at least 10,000 steps each day by walking before meetings or during lunch, lots of water and a bit less coffee, getting all those dates on the calendar, making time each day for reading, and checking things off the back to school list. Next week will be a bit busier but everything I did this week has created space for what comes next.
This weekend I am going for a hike with my daughters and doing a harvest/gleening time at a local farm. The temperatures are supposed to cool a bit – oh please let this be true. And I am going to be playing with my traveler's notebook and new workbag. I am trying very hard to whittle down, lighten my load (literally and figuratively).
