It has been awhile since I have been excited to cook and meal prep. Later this week I am going to a cooking class but I found this book at my library and I am trying out some new meal ideas. I have also enjoyed reading about Ayurveda and Dosha body types.
Spring is coming – I’m sure it is- so it seems like a good time to shake up my meals.
I have cooked and prepped my meals for the next few days. It was pretty easy since I had everything on hand for the recipes. And my house smells wonderful (think cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, and ginger)!
